Security is not a feature. It is the precondition.
You give us access to your shop. Here is exactly what we do with it and what we do not.
Start free trial- Connection to eBay
- You sign in on eBay's site and grant access (OAuth). We receive time-limited access keys, never your password. The keys are stored encrypted with AES-256 and only used on the server. You can disconnect at any time.
- Changes to your shop
- Prices and stock only change after your approval. Every change is logged with its before and after value and can be undone. The same change is never sent twice.
- Chrome extension
- The extension is connected with a one-time code and contains no eBay credentials. Devices can be signed out individually in your account.
- What data we store
- Your listings, prices and competitor prices in order to compare them. No names, addresses or phone numbers of your buyers.
- Your account
- Passwords are only stored as a hash. Sign-in, registration and password reset are protected against brute-force attempts.
What we do not (yet) claim: we hold no certification such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2. If that changes, it will be stated here.
