Enter an EAN, a product link or a photo. The software recognises the product, collects the data and builds a complete eBay listing that you review and approve.
Every detail comes with its source. Anything that cannot be verified stays open and is flagged. Nothing is made up.

Prices you understand.
Not another price table, but a clear answer: which listings are too expensive, where competitors dropped their price, where you can charge more.

Only comparable offers count.
Same quantity, size, variant and condition. A 2-pack is never compared with a single item.
Shipping always included.
We compare what the buyer pays: item price plus shipping.
No race to the bottom.
Suggestions stay above your price floor, end in .99 and only go to eBay after your approval.
Seller Hub shows your shop. Vendlumo looks outside.
Keep using Seller Hub, Vendlumo does not replace it. It takes over what you otherwise piece together from open tabs and spreadsheets.
- Compared with the market
- Comparable offers on eBay.de, shipping included; idealo and Amazon optionally via the browser extension. Multipacks and used items do not count as a benchmark.
- One list each morning
- What matters today, sorted by urgency. No reports to analyse yourself.
- Listings from EAN, link or photo
- Category, title, item specifics and manufacturer details prepared with sources. You review and approve.
- Changes you can undo
- Every price change is logged and can be rolled back.
What matters comes to you.
Once a day, a short summary in Telegram. Only what counts, with a link straight to the right place.

Your eBay account stays in your hands.
You connect your account, not your control. This is how the software works:
- Official eBay API
- The connection uses eBay's own sign-in (OAuth). Only you ever see your eBay password.
- Nothing without your approval
- Every price or stock change starts as a suggestion. Only when you approve it does it go to eBay. Every change is logged and can be undone.
- Stored encrypted
- Access keys for eBay are stored encrypted (AES-256) on the server and are never sent to the browser.
- No buyer data
- Names, addresses and phone numbers of your buyers are not stored.

Who Vendlumo is for, and who it is not for.
A good fit if you
- have around 100 or more listings on eBay.de
- sell new goods or items others sell too
- check prices regularly and want to save time doing it
Probably not if you
- only sell the odd private item now and then
- want prices changed fully automatically, without approval
- mostly sell one-offs or collectibles with nothing comparable

Frequently asked questions
Does the software change my prices automatically?
No. Every change starts as a suggestion. Only after you approve it is it sent to eBay. Risky suggestions, such as large price cuts or prices below your floor, are never preselected.
Do I have to approve every change one by one?
No. You can select several suggestions and approve them in one step, up to 200 at a time. Risky suggestions, such as large price cuts or prices below your floor, are never preselected and only go to eBay once you explicitly confirm them.
Does Vendlumo put my eBay account at risk?
Only eBay can give a guarantee. What we do: the connection uses eBay's official sign-in (OAuth), we never see your password. Price and stock changes only go to eBay after your approval, and each one can be rolled back. You can disconnect at any time in eBay or in Vendlumo.
Do I need to give you my eBay password?
No. You sign in directly at eBay and grant access. We receive an access key, not your password. You can revoke access at any time in your account or at eBay.
Where does the product data come from?
From the EAN, the product link or your photo, public sources such as manufacturer websites are evaluated. Every detail is stored with its source. Anything that is not verified stays open for you to check.
What does the trial cost?
Nothing. You try the Start plan free for 14 days and do not enter any payment details. After that you choose a plan (Start, Pro or Business) or access ends.
Why do I need the Chrome extension?
The extension checks prices on comparison sites directly in your browser. It contains no eBay credentials; those stay encrypted on the server.
Which eBay sites does it support?
The focus is eBay.de. Further eBay countries and languages are prepared.
Tomorrow morning you will know what to do.
Connect your shop and see after the first check where you are leaving sales on the table.
